How do I book my cleaning service?

Our online booking system is designed for convenience and speed. All you have to do is choose the type of cleaning service, tell us when and where to come, and insert your payment information. You can also choose from our variety of service extras and pick your desired frequency of cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time only).

Once you’ve chosen your service and we’ve confirmed the date, our dependable cleaners will arrive at your home fully equipped. You can also use our seamless online communication platform to contact your cleaners before, during, and after your cleaning service.

Do you offer green cleaning products?

Yes, our cleaners can use eco-conscious supplies to tackle the dirt and grime in your home. The green cleaning products we use are highly effective but don’t leave any harmful chemical residues behind, only freshness. These cleaning agents pose no risk for your health and are perfectly safe for pets. If you’d like us to use green cleaning products to clean your home, just make sure to let us know beforehand.

How long does a cleaning service take?

The exact duration of your cleaning session will depend on the type of service you choose. For instance, a deep cleaning service is bound to take longer than regular cleaning as it includes more challenging and time-consuming tasks.

Additionally, your cleaning service will take more time if you choose to include service add-ons, such as cleaning inside the oven or inside the fridge. Another factor that will determine the length of your service is the condition and size of your home.

Are your cleaners insured and bonded?

Yes, our professional cleaning service in Columbus is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We care about the safety of our customers and their personal belongings. Do you bring the supplies and equipment?

Yes, we’ll bring everything necessary to clean your home. If you have a specific cleaning product or tool you’d like us to use, just let us know.

Do I have to be home?

No. If you’re not going to be home, please provide us a way to get in, whether it’s a lock box or a garage code. We also ask you to put away any pets if you won’t be home.

Do I need to prepare for your arrival?

We encourage you to pick up clutter and clear surfaces you would like cleaned. For example, if you’d like a desk cleaned, remove all of the clutter so our maids can access it!

What benefits do I receive as a recurring customer?

For starters, you will receive up to 15% off! Second, we’ll always send the same team to your home. We want you to feel comfortable with your cleaning team, and they’ll understand exactly what you’re looking for on a regular basis. Last, we set up standing appointments. So if every other Tuesday morning is best for you, then we’ll be there like clockwork every time without you having to ever schedule us.

How do I pay?

We accept all credit and debit cards! You won’t have to ever worry about having cash on hand. You can even add tips to your credit card for the cleaners.

We’ll take your payment information to secure your booking reservation, but we will not charge you until AFTER the cleaning has taken place. The night before your cleaning takes place, a hold for the price of your booking will be placed on your card to ensure we have accurate payment information.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll arrange to send out a team to fix all of the problem areas!

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled clean, there is a $50 cancellation fee. We reserve this spot specifically for you, so when we’re canceled with such a small heads up, we’re unable to fill that spot.


Is my payment information safe?

Yes, your payment is made through a secure 256-bit protocol. In addition, we also have a fully validated SSL to encrypt any personal data. Stripe, our credit card processor, also uses another secure 256-bit protocol to process the payments. We don’t store any payment info in our office or software. Who are my cleaners?

All of our cleaners pass a national background check. We interview every cleaner in person and only hire the most affable and friendly cleaners who are easy to communicate with. We take pride in our hiring and only hire cleaners who we think you’ll love.
